Unnir
  1. noun; a bastardized form of the Korean word ‘unnie,’ originally appearing in the Live Journal community Kpop Secret Meme 2 (commonly referred to as “kpsm2”), which slowly made it’s way into use on the popular Live Journal communty Omona They Didnt (commonly referred to as “omntd”) and from there spread throughout the rest of the international Kpop community. Originally intended to ridicule the type of fans who use it’s original form (and its related terms) in their everyday conversation, it’s own meaning has since become distorted and caused the word to simply be thought of as a cute way of referring to someone as “unnie.”
“Once upon a time, the only people who used oppar were from kpsm2. Now everyone uses it without even knowing it’s true meaning.”
